Return and Refund Policy

At Earthy Origins, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. Please review our policy below before making a return.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 Days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@earthyorigins.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at care@earthyorigins.in to request an exchange.

Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

- Perishable goods such as fresh produce.
- Customized or personalized items.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
